As the CEO and founder of Minator Esports LLC, Benjamin Mathew has successfully built a dynamic and innovative company at the intersection of graphic design and esports. Founded in 2021, Minator quickly grew into a thriving online community of over 3,000 members and has established itself as a key player in providing creative design services to businesses while hosting high-profile esports tournaments sponsored by our partners.

Benjamin's vision for Minator was to create a global platform that fosters collaboration, opportunity, and growth. He has built a stable, creative work environment for designers across North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring they are paid through company profits and given exposure to larger opportunities. His leadership ensures increased communication and organization within the team, creating a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Benjamin oversees all aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. He provides strategic leadership to the organization, ensuring that the company has the right talent in place to meet its objectives. He is committed to maintaining a healthy workplace culture, inspiring employees to stay motivated and aligned with the company’s mission, while also fostering diversity and inclusion.

Outside of Minator, Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Binghamton University. Additionally, he has received a Financial Markets honor certificate from Yale University, further demonstrating his expertise in finance. Benjamin is passionate about technology, leadership, and fostering community both online and offline.

When not leading Minator, Benjamin enjoys playing soccer, volunteering in his community, and exploring his diverse interests in music, sports, and design. He is fluent in both English and Malayalam and is dedicated to continuous learning and personal development.
